Contestant appeals from an order denying a motion to open her default at trial and to set aside the dismissal of her objections to the probate of a will. Order of the Surrogate’s Court, Queens County, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements to each respondent appearing and filing a brief. No opinion. Carswell, Acting P. J., Johnston, Adel, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
