Appeal from a decree of the Surrogate’s Court, Orange County, disallowing the claim of Horace Showier against the estate of the deceased. Decree unanimously affirmed, with costs to respondent, payable out of the estate. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Adel and Taylor, JJ.
