Opinion

The general guardian of an infant has appealed from the decree of the surrogate of the county of Chenango which surcharged his account on the final accounting with $803. The evidence sustains the decree of the surrogate. Decree unanimously affirmed, with costs. Present — Hill, P. J., Crapser, Heffernan, Schenck and Foster, JJ.
