Appeal from a decree of the Surrogate’s Court, Nassau County, settling and allowing the account of respondents as trustees and disallowing appellant’s objections thereto except the objection that respondents should not receive commissions. Decree unanimously affirmed, with costs, payable by appellant personally. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Johnston, Taylor and Close, JJ.
