Appeal from so much of a decree of the Surrogate’s Court, New York county, settling the account of Central Hanover Bank and Trust Company, as construes the wiU of James M. Hook, deceased, and directs distribution of the fund in accordance with such construction. Decree so far as appealed from unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Martin, P. J., O’MaUey, Untermyer, Dore and Cohn, JJ. [158 Mise. 771.]
