Yates Testamentary Trust; Hugo Edin Auler, in his capacity as Trust Advisory Committee member; and John Griffin Yates, Jr., in his capacity as Trust Advisory Committee member; recover their costs on appeal from Appellant Robert Mack Yates. See TEX. R. APP. P. 43.4.
