Opinion

As the facts of the petition are uncontradicted, it is proper that some compensation be made the mother, who has become indebted for the support and maintenance of the children, and the sum of $750 may be reasonably appropriated for that purpose. The order of the Surrogate’s Court of Putnam county is reversed, without costs, and the motion granted for the payment of such sum, without costs. Thomas, Carr, Stapleton and Putnam, JJ., concurred; Jenks, P. J., not voting.
