Order granting motion of Serber Rubber Co., Inc., and directing that Joseph B. Finkelstein and Adam W. Sandel be removed as assignees for the benefit of creditors for the H. & M. Transportation, Inc., and appointing a substitute assignee, unanimously affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Present — Martin, P. J., McAvoy, O’Malley, Townley and Glennon, JJ.
