In view of the decision in Matter of Wards Hats, Inc. (post, p. 863), decided herewith, the appeal from the order denying motion to punish the removed assignee for contempt is dismissed. Lazansky, P. J., Young, Scudder, Tompkins and Davis, JJ., concur.
