Appeal from an order denying appellant’s motion to compel respondent to indorse a check to appellant, a creditor which invokes a prior assignment to it by the assignor. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Murphy, Ughetta, Hallinan and Kleinfeld, JJ., concur. [11 Mise 2d 211.]
