Order unanimously reversed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements, and the motion granted to the extent of permitting the assignee to receive individually $78.43, the sum remaining in his hands upon his accounting, in reimbursement of the judgment paid to respondent. No opinion. Settle order on notice. Present — Martin, P. J., O’Malley, Townley, Glennon and Untermyer, JJ.
