Opinion

Appeal by a residuary legatee from so much of a decree of the Surrogate’s Court, Putnam County, setting the accounts of the trustee of a trust created in a will, as provides for distribution of the corpus of a trust comprising the residuary. Decree insofar as appealed from unanimously affirmed, with costs to the respondents Baxter, payable from the share of appellant. No opinion. Present — Nolan, P. J., Wenzel, Beldock, Murphy and Ughetta, JJ.
