Motion granted insofar as to stay all proceedings on the part of the plaintiff-respondent until 10 days after the service of a copy of the order of this court with notice of entry thereof, determining the appeal, and upon condition that the defendant-appellant procures the record on appeal and appellant’s points to be served and filed on or before May 15, 1958, with notice of argument for May 27, 1958.
