Opinion

Motion, considered as a motion for reargument of a prior motion for leave to appeal (18 N Y 2d 579), denied. The single issue raised by appellant on this motion for reargument is that the Surrogate rendered two contradictory decisions, one in 1963 and one in 1965. This contention was given full consideration and was disposed of by the Court of Appeals in its denial of appellant’s previous motion for leave to appeal.
