Order, entered on July 25, 1959, denying petitioners’ application to open, vacate and set aside a decree of the Surrogate’s Court, New York County, dated May 28, 1959, admitting to probate an instrument dated July 16, 1957, as the last will of the decedent, unanimously affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the respondent. No opinion. Concur — Botein, P. J., Breitel, Valente, Stevens and Steuer, JJ.
