Opinion

Order unanimously modified to permit appellant to file an amended bill of particulars in which she should specify the State in which the marriage was entered into and any other- States in which she claims the deceased held her out to be his wife and cohabited with her, and as so modified affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the appellant. Settle order on notice. Present — Peck, P. J., Glennon, Dore, Cohn and Callahan, JJ.
