Appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Westchester County, dated January 13, 1978, which denied the appellant’s motion to reargue. Appeal dismissed, without costs or disbursements. No appeal lies from an order denying reargument. Mollen, P. J., Hopkins, Titone, Hawkins and O’Connor, JJ., concur.
