Opinion

In a proceeding in the Surrogate’s Court, Queens County, brought for the issuance of letters of administration of the goods, chattels and credits which were of a maternal first cousin of petitioner, she appeals from the decree which directed that letters of administration be issued to the Public Administrator of Queens County. Decree unanimously affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Present — Nolan, P. J., Carswell, Sneed, Wenzel and MaeCrate, JJ.
