Appeal from an order of the Franklin County Surrogate’s Court denying a motion for a new trial upon the ground of newly-discovered evidence, and motion for a reargument of the original appeal in this court. Order of Franklin County Surrogate’s Court affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. Motion for reargument denied. Present — Hill, P. J., Bliss, Heffernan, Schenck and Foster, JJ.
