Motion to amend remittitur granted. Return of remittitur requested and, when returned, it will be amended by striking therefrom the words “ payable out of the testamentary trust ” and inserting, instead, the words “ payable as the surrogate may direct ’ ’. [See 13 N Y 2d 787.]
