Opinion

Appeal from so much of the order of the Surrogate’s Court of Ulster County, entered March 16, 1975, as fixed and determined the reasonable value of legal services rendered to the estate by respondent with respect to nontestamentary assets. Order affirmed on the opinion of Surrogate Arthur A. Davis, Jr., with costs to all parties filing briefs payable out of the estate. Koreman, P. J., Greenblott, Sweeney, Mahoney and Main, JJ., concur.
