Order of the Surrogate’s Court of Westchester county denying the motion of the appellant coexeeutor for an order staying execution on behalf of the claimant pending the appeal and directing that the executors pay into court from the funds of the estate $3,500 as security affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Hagarty, Scudder, Tompkins, Davis and Johnston, JJ., concur. [See ante, p. 534.]
