In a discovery proceeding, pursuant to section 205 of the Surrogate’s Court Act, decree of the Surrogate’s Court, Dutchess County, declaring Minnie H. Bernard, deceased, and not appellant, to be the owner of certain securities, unanimously affirmed, with costs, payable out of the estate. No opinion. Present — Carswell, Acting P.
