Motion granted and appeal dismissed, with costs and $10 costs of motion, upon the ground that the order appealed from does not finally determine the proceeding within the meaning of the Constitution. Claimants may, if so advised, move for leave to appeal upon appropriate papers (Rules of Practice of Court of Appeals, rules I and IX [subd. a], 22 NYCRR 500.1, 500.9 ,[a]) within the time prescribed by statute (CPLR 5514, subd. [a]).
