Appeal from an order modifying and confirming, as so modified, an arbitration award, denying a cross motion to vacate the award, and directing entry of judgment in favor of respondent, and from the judgment entered thereon. Order unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Appeal from judgment dismissed, without costs. No such judgment is printed in the record.
