Motion to vacate the order of this court dated May 16, 1958 granting a stay [4 N Y 2d 959] granted. Since the appeal herein was withdrawn by appellant for the asserted reason that the issues before the court had become moot, the stay previously granted fell with the appeal and no longer has any force or effect.
