Opinion

In a proceeding to confirm an arbitration award, in which appellants cross-moved to vacate the award, the appeal is from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered September 16, 1976, which, inter alia, confirmed the award. Order affirmed, with $50 costs and disbursements. The arbitrator did not exceed the scope of his authority by including interest in the award. Rabin, Acting P. J., Shapiro, Titone and O’Connor, JJ., concur.
