Order denying appellant’s motion for a stay of proceedings in an action pending in the County Court, Dutchess County, and to compel the submission to arbitration of certain matters in dispute between the parties, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Adel, MaeCrate, Schmidt and Beldock, JJ., concur.
