Order that the charges, specifications, with a copy of this order, be served upon Thomas S. King, personally, on or before the first day of May next, and thgt he show cause at an adjourned term of this court, to be held at the city and county hall, in the city of Buffalo, on the twenty-ninth day of May next, at two o'clock in the.afternoon, or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, why he should not be removed from such office.
