Order affirmed, without costs of this appeal to any party. All concur. (Appeal from an order of Erie County Court allowing and approving the adoption of the Infant Marsh by petitioners and adjudging that the natural mother abandoned the child and that she executed the consent without misunderstanding and without fraud being involved.)
