Appeal from a decree of the Surrogate’s Court, Suffolk County, insofar as it allows a claim by respondent for board and lodging furnished decedent, and moneys expended on her behalf. Decree, insofar as appealed from, unanimously affirmed, with [1040]*1040costs to respondent, payable out of the estate. No opinion. Present — Nolan, P. J., Johnston, Adel, Sneed and Wenzel, JJ.
