Final decree of the Surrogate’s Court of the County of Nassau, settling the account of the County Treasurer and Public Administrator of said county, as administrator of the decedent’s estate, and directing him to make distribution to respondent William F. Kallenbach, as the half brother and next of kin of the decedent, and sole distributee, unanimously affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Present — Johnston, Acting P. J., Adel, Sneed, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ.
