Appeal by a claimant from a decree of the Surrogate’s Court, Westchester County, which disallowed his claim and overruled, disallowed and dismissed his objections to the account of the executors. Decree unanimously affirmed, with costs, payable by appellant personally. No opinion. Present — Nolan, P. J., Adel, Wenzel, Schmidt and Beldoek, JJ.
