Order of May -16, 1946, reversed on the law and as matter of discretion, without costs to any party and application to. intervene granted. Decree affirmed, with costs payable out of the estate to all parties filing briefs. All concur. (The decree construes a will. The order denies a motion to intervene.) Present — Taylor, P.
