Opinion
-Decree modified, on the law and the facts, by increasing the amount directed to be paid to the claimant-appellant, Quimby, by the executor to the sum of $2,500 and as so modified affirmed, with costs to appellant. In our opinion the value of the services rendered was in this amount. Bergan, P. J., Gibson, Herlihy and Taylor, JJ., concur.
