Decree of the Surrogate’s Court, Queens County, construing the decedent’s will and directing that all State and Federal estate taxes be paid out of the testator’s residuary estate, whether the property "passes under the terms of the will or otherwise, insofar as appealed from, unanimously affirmed, with costs to all parties filing briefs, payable out of the estate. No opinion. Present — Lewis, P. J., Hagarty, Johnston, Adel and Aldrich, JJ.
