WELLBORN, District Judge.

I am satisfied, from the evidence, that the said company is a manufacturing corporation, within the [123]*123meaning of the bankrupt law. This conclusion renders it unnecessary for rne to pass upon the question of laches. The decision of the referee is affirmed.
