Opinion

PER CURIAM.

On April 16, 1981, we approved for publication in the Florida Standard Jury Instructions in Criminal Cases a grand jury handbook and a set of grand jury instructions. Because it later came to our attention that many general references to people in the handbook and the instructions were in masculine form, we requested the Committee on Standard Jury Instructions (Criminal) to submit revisions that would provide gender-neutral instructions. The committee’s report, which contains the recommended revisions, is appended to this opinion.
