Under the unusual circumstances in this ease, we think plaintiff’s motion should have been granted to the extent of directing payment to him of $200 for services and disbursements. Order reversed, with $20 costs and disbursements, and the motion [1037]*1037granted to the extent set forth herein. Present — Peek, P.
