' ORDER

| Considering the Joint Motion to Dissolve Interim Suspension filed by respondent and the Office of Disciplinary Counsel,

IT IS ORDERED THAT this court’s order of August 10, 2012 interimly suspending respondent be and hereby is dissolved.

This order shall be effective immediately.
