Order granting application of respondent Mandel for leave to intervene and to oppose the petition for an order directing execution and delivery of a deed to real property, denying petition and vacating stay, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements to respondent Mandel. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Davis and Johnston, JJ., concur.
