MEMORANDUM OPINION

          Relators, Siddco Union, LTD. and Sohail Siddiqui, have filed a petition for writ of mandamus, challenging the trial court’s November 23, 2011 order appointing an arbitrator.[1] 

We deny the petition for writ of mandamus.
