ORDER

Considering the foregoing Joint Petition for Immediate Interim Suspension and the reasons set forth therein,

IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that respondent, GARY W. SHEFFIELD, is hereby interimly suspended from the practice of law in the State of Louisiana.
