Order permitting the removal of the body of petitioner’s deceased wife from one mausoleum, where it was interred, to the new mausoleum he has constructed, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Hagarty, Scudder, Tompkins, Davis and Johnston, JJ., concur.
