In Re Salesforce.com, Inc. v. the State of Texas
Opinion
Opinion issued August 11, 2026
In The
Court of Appeals
For The
First District of Texas
trial court abused its discretion by ordering the production of two documents which
relator argued were protected by the attorney-client privilege.
We conclude that relator has failed to establish it is entitled to mandamus
relief, and therefore, the Court denies relator’s petition for writ of mandamus. We
dismiss any pending motions as moot.
PER CURIAM
Panel consists of Justices Morgan, Johnson, and Dokupil.
