Opinion

Pursuant to authority conferred by section 119 of the Judiciary Law, as added by chapter 854 of the Laws of 1935, Honorable Charles E. Russell is appointed official referee of the City Court of the City of New York, such appointment to take effect as of the 1st day of January, 1939, and assigned to the City Court of the City of New York in the Counties of Kings, Queens and Richmond. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Davis, Johnston, Adel, Taylor and Close, JJ.
