Proceeding to determine and enforce attorney’s lien. Order, so far as appealed from, confirming referee’s report and denying petitioner’s motion to enforce his lien on the basis of an oral modification of the original written retainer, and limiting petitioner’s lien to $100, unanimously affirmed, with costs and disbursements. No opinion. Present — Martin, P. J., O’Malley, Untermyer, Dore and Cohn, JJ.
