[888]*888OPINION OF THE COURT

On the Court’s own motion, it is determined that Honorable Ralph T. Romano is suspended with pay, effective immediately, from his offices of Justice of the Haverstraw Town Court, Rock-land County, and Acting Justice of the Village Court of West Haverstraw, Rockland County, pending disposition of his request for review of a determination by the State Commission on Judicial Conduct.
