Second application for rehearing not considered. This court's judgment of December 6, 2017 became final and definitive when rehearing was denied on January 30, 2018. La. Code Civ. P. art. 2167. Supreme Court Rule IX, § 5 does not permit any further rehearing applications. Accordingly, no further filings shall be accepted in this matter.
