Opinion

Motion to dispense with printing granted by default. The appeal will be heard on the original papers (including the typed minutes) and on a typewritten brief. The appellants are directed to file six copies of their brief, and to serve one copy of the minutes and one copy of their brief on the petitioner and on the Corporation Counsel. Beldock, Acting P. J., Ughetta, Kleinfeld, Christ and Pette, JJ., concur.
